In the fourth year of a Type II Managed Lands Deer Permit. We receive 60-70 doe permits and 25+/- buck permits each year depending upon the surveys. |
| MINERALS: | 8,000 acres of minerals per the Seller. 25 oil and gas wells operated by 3 separate leases producing approximately $250,000.00 per year of royalty income. Most of the production is natural gas and the wells range in age from the 1920’s to 2003. The gas wells make no noise and the oil wells are electrically operated. |
